Santa Button Club is now taking enrolments which close on July 2nd 2014 to commence end of July

This is a 4 mail out which is aimed not at exclusivity but at best price.

If you are doing Christmas projects or just want a nice stash just in case this is the way to go !  LOL

These will be packaged to retail & wholesale but at the normal price so you will be able to buy later but not at club prices.

The Christmas Club is also being rerun

Friday I went to a Craft Alive show in Bendigo.

It was very pleasant wandering about in each stall...be it scrapbooking... cake decorating...quilting..

I met up with some people ....always a bonus...

&

Fell in love with a 100% wool felt that Sew Materialistic had on her booth.

The colours !

BUT

I came home & in the evening I dragged all the felt pieces I had purchased out ..

Well what now I thought....????????

The next day the what now began ...   into an Attic Santa pattern I had designed in cloth doll days..

it will be shown when his cap is sewn on & beard is attached.

The painting for  the Christmas Club first mail issue has been painted & I had a left over !!!! 

Of course as I package in the evenings.... this was looking so tempting.

A heart from French General fabric was already cut out & loitering..

LOOKS FABULOUS with the button

When doing Christmas decoration never discount this type of fabric....it is strong yet allows a big button to sit on it & stand out...

I think these buttons need to be put on the web....

The decorations are there

But this season I got to thinking ( well a thought passed by )

That maybe the buttons are more useful than the circles.

I originally designed circles to hang fro Christmas trees...

So these buttons could be more useful ????

Any thoughts are gladly received 

Each time I paint that French Rabbit ... he just softens my heart....

I have some stitcheries just with French Rabbit & co... which I am mailing out to a stitcher this week

I prefer no features & a little blush..

But many find this is freaky so I will do faces if you ask when ordering !!!

I am having a great time 

blinging 

my designs !!!

Thinking, as I drove yesterday ...

Not a lot goes wow..

but 

it clears the clutter.. 

and 

that brings some clarity...

as I mull over the way to do things..

especially when I want to do things 

that are different to the way I do them now

or

if some opportunity arrives 

how do I tackle these 

& 

then will it work ????

The RISK !

Blinging my way for Christmas in July...

I needed to do the deers for an order

I had been thinking as I painted yesterday about some more bling Christmas try outs..

I just love these.....

Especially the Under the Arches Bird decoration..

See at Christmas I think it is Flea blog showcased a house then a shop they went to in the States & it was white & sparkly huge gorgeous display...

This blog is on my side bar.....

I didn't want to lose sight of how that made me feel when I drooled at the pictures !!!

It is funny as for so many years I just detested anything sparkly..

now it is time to embrace a bit of bling don't you think...???

 I had ordered this recipe book from my friend Sue Mc who is engaged in raising funds to stop bear farming in Asia... 
I was thrilled to be able to buy a book that has some great vegetarian recipes & I can adapt so many to make them gluten free.  
Sue tells me the Rhubarb Relish is yum as is the cover dish  donated by celebrity Simon  Bryant

I am excited today after some more mucking about in studio time

the bags to package some buttons 

are 

working......

These bags are for some random buttons & decorations 

on probably given times

But I LOVE THEM....

I love not having to perform to a set criteria 

not having it all exactly like the one before...

I love this style...

I find if I go strolling it is this sort of feature that draws me ....

These should / could be on the website by tonight...

Above are some frosted little boxes which can house  few buttons...
