One wonders when sun shines ???

The day has been like wagging school...only did wag about twice though...

I could never live with the deception.

BUT

I have not painted at all for last 2 maybe 3 days...

& 

It's been a little tidy up & sort stock for the next orders to paint...

Give myself a small rest..

& Trotted off to Physio...to be a pin cushion ...

My goodness I was very sooky today as Raymond stuck a 2nd acupuncture needle into neck..

some weird sensation shot from neck to elbow..

I wimped that one asked ....well begged him to take it out..

So have some more nano technology acupuncture patches on my neck for a couple of weeks..

We talked of change...

as he prodded muscles & stuck needles in..

I am starting to feel rather good now... 

after about 5 hrs ( just in case anyone is interested LOL)

I have also chatted to a friend from our tax days who is sounding fantastically well

after some major surgery

and  a retreat that changed her diet...

Just a delight to talk... 

we need to remember that we just have this one life & it is completely ours

to take the the journeys we each of us need to take..

A few of the family rose to QLD and a scattered about

myself & 2 brothers lived there for years...

and my cousins chef & run coffee shops in Brisbane....

so we are about....

Always handy !
